By participating in services provided by Kiss My Mutt Training, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that dog training and related activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury to myself, my dog, or others.
I release Kiss My Mutt Training, its trainers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of training.
I understand that training outcomes vary depending on many factors, including my participation and consistency.
I give Kiss My Mutt Training permission to use photos and/or videos of me and my dog, taken before, during, or after training sessions, for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including social media, website content, and training materials.
(If you wish to opt out of photo/video use, please notify Kiss My Mutt Training directly.)
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled training session. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee unless the cancellation is due to a verifiable emergency (e.g., medical emergencies for the Client or dog).
If the Trainer must cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the Client.
